Terms Sent Through Search
When you type a name, place, or other term into a search box, the query is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Carter County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy practices govern its receipt and processing of the query.
Messages You Send
If you send an email or use an available contact form, we keep the message and the contact details you provide long enough to review and answer it. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
